Bio

My Background

Throughout my work experience, ranging from the medical field to education, there has been a common thread in every job I have had - customer service. Even before I began working, my volunteer service involved serving the customer. This common thread represents what I believe is important in any industry or position - serving the customer. My current position as office manager of a small business has allowed me to truly grow into this trait, and has provided me the flexibility to expand our customer outreach. This has been accomplished through customized marketing, revamping our client lead system, and prioritizing direct client contact.
My goal is to apply and expand my client service skills within any company I join. Given the opportunity, I would like to incorporate outreach programs within the company as well as within the community. Clients and customers are fostered within the local community, and I believe it is important for any company to be active through events and programs. 
In addition to my interpersonal skills, I am well-versed in all Microsoft Office products, with specializations in Excel, Word, and Access. I have also been trained in the use of Centricity Electronic Medical Records software, as well as QuickBooks accounting software.
On a more personal note, the following is a little more about me. I am based out of San Antonio, Texas, where I was born and raised. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, friends, and pets. I also love to travel, read, and paint.
